Missouri officials say everyone who had been reported missing since last week's massive Joplin tornado has been accounted for and at least 134 people have been confirmed killed.
The Wednesday announcement came from the Missouri Department of Public Safety. The agency has led the effort to track down the nearly 270 people listed as unaccounted for after the May 22 tornado.
People from around the state of Missouri held signs of support before the start of a memorial service for the dead and missing in Joplin, Mo. on May 29.
Missouri Department of Public Safety Deputy Director Andrea Spillars said Tuesday that 10 people remain missing. Spillars says two new names were added to the missing list Monday, but four people were removed once officials learned they were alive.
It's not known how many people in all died in the May 22 storm.
